Traditional VS Modern
If you are traditionalist who prefers a leather saddle or possible a part suede show saddle you may be turning your nose up! But wait! Keep an open mind. How often do show ponies, cobs and hunters change shape throughout the year? Quite often! How convenient would it be for you to swap out the gullet bar in less than 5 minutes and have the correct size fitted for your horse or pony? Amazingly convenient!
Although traditional leather show saddles from the likes of Black Country, Ideal, and Fylde are fantastic, beautiful saddles, they are also not as easily adjustable.
The Whitaker Hebden can also work really well as an every day schooling saddle for your show horse. This will enable you to keep your expensive English leather show saddle in tip top condition by only using it for competing!
