The admin was efficient but it was all pointless as despite having my saddle for several years it was nit sold and there was never any particular effort made to sell it e.g promotion

Sorry to hear you feel there was not much effort put in to sell your saddle. All saddles sell its just some take longer than others to sell. There was interest in your saddle however with it not being an adjustable tree and not as popular seat size it does take that little bit longer to find the horse for the perfect fit.
The team do work so hard advertising all saddles on various platforms.
