Best service I’ve had in a long time
My saddle fitter recommended I order from The Saddle Bank in time for our appointment. I checked the stock, watched the trial video and went to order.
I then had to start work so thought I would leave it until later. However, I received a phone call from the friendly staff asking if I needed any assistance with my order, and they helped me place it via the phone!
The saddle arrived really well packaged, with a lovely note and good material in the envelope. It makes a difference having a personal touch when you buy.
The saddle itself is in immaculate condition being an ex demo saddle, so I’m really pleased. Now to try and see! Hoping it fits well but am confident in the service I’ve already received from this company that if it doesn’t, I will be able to find another very easily with them. Thanks again!
