My new horse didn’t fit my previous saddles, I had two saddles on trial and thankfully one fits, I sold one of current saddles as an outright purchase and received the money promptly, my second saddle is being sold by Saddle bank on my behalf, still waiting for refund on trial saddle returned but was made aware this takes a little while. Prompt delivery and collections, staff always helpful. Definitely recommend

I can see your refund was processed on the same day we received the return saddle back. As with all refunds it can take 3-5 working days for the funds to show back onto your card :)
