Amazing customer service
I ordered 2 saddles shipped to the USA. One arrived right on time and I love it. The other got lost in shipping of course on the USA side. The customer service was great. Quick response and great communication. The saddle was found and currently myself and my horse are enjoying both. Thank you saddle bank for making myself and my horse so comfy and happy
