The Saddlebank offers such a fabulous service. Within a week of making an email enquiry, I had the money for my saddle in my account. The form was extensive but easy to fill in. The instructions of which photos need sending were easy to follow.

The only issue I had through the whole process was having to follow up to make sure my email had come through due to the size of the photos. I received a response really quickly.

Once my form and photos were submittted, I received a price within the time frame given. The courier was booked on an agreed date and I received the money the day after collection.

A great service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

FABULOUS SERVICE.

The ordering process was easy.

An hour after I ordered I recieved a phone call checking the gullet size was correct for my pony.
The saddle arrived the next day and was far better than I expected. You really wouldn't know it wasn't new.
I would highly recommend the saddle bank for anyone wanting a good quality saddle at a reasonable price.

Super helpful

Quick responses to emails, I had lots of questions about the saddle as well as accessories and I always received thorough and speedy responses. Jade was incredibly helpful fitting my saddle nothing was too much trouble. Really recommend - will definitely buy from again!

Great Quality and Easy Process

I was very impressed with how quickly my new saddle arrived, its packaging was excellent too, the process of finding a saddle was very easy and the trial option is great, though I didn't need to send the saddle back I was greatful for the chance to do so had I needed to. Saddle was as described, very happy with my purchase.

Super helfpul

First time I got a saddle through here. The Team were incredibly helpful and they even changed the sending date for the saddle, so I had time to have a saddler out. They were supportive through the entire process. Can't say a bad word

Happy customer

I was very impressed with the service the saddle bank gives. The saddle arrived in the morning, and as she had a cancellation my saddler was able to come and check the fit that afternoon. The saddle arrived well packaged, and in nearly new condition. I was very happy with the fit for both my pony and myself, and I now have a beautiful new looking dressage saddle, but without the price tag of a new saddle.

Bates saddle

Great service, saddle as described, really pleased with it . Would certainly recommend, such an easy way to buy a saddle with the reassurance of being able to return if it isn’t the correct fit

Great choices and phenomenal customer service

I don’t think there are enough words it space to share how pleased I am with my experience at the Saddle Bank. I had been looking for a very particular model saddle (I am located in the United States) and had tried multiple other saddles through tack stores in the US. The Saddle Bank kept popping up in my searches as they carry the brand I was looking for. One day THE saddle popped up on their website. I immediately wrote and quickly received an email in return confirming it was the saddle I described and were so very thorough and patient in answering my questions . I do not purchase many items from “over seas” but decided to go for it. I tried to complete my purchase on line and after communicating on email and then THE most pleasant phone call it was discovered there was a security block on my credit card and we were able to rectify that and complete the purchase. (And I love being able to “add planting trees” to my order). I received the saddle the most remarkable time! It is perfect and I am SO glad I chose to order from The Saddle Bank!

Extremely helpful

I tried multiple saddles on my trial and the staff were very accommodating for my to swap from on to the other until I found the right fit for me and my horse.

I would highly recommend The Saddle Bank.

Arena & JW Overton trial

Had just the saddles I wanted they arrived on time for appt with my saddle fitter. Purchased one and returned the unsuitable one. The whole process very slick and so easy and non stressful

Used or damaged?

Ordered gullet bar, arrived very scratched and mild damage. Packaging in perfect condition. suspect this was well used and had new bolts added! Contacted shop, no response. Returned immediately. Mow waiting refund as ordered elsewhere.

I am so sorry you are disappointed on this occasion.
All the gullet bars we send out are new and un used.
We send them out as we receive them with some being in packaging and some are not. Minor damage, paint chips ect can occur during transit however this does not affect the use of the gullet bar.
I can see a member of the team did reply to your message within the same hour :)
As soon as the gullet bar is returned back to the warehouse the team will of course issue your refund.
