Found my dream saddle and ordered it. It arrived on the day I chose, packed and boxed well by Megan and when I got it out it was even more perfect than I’d hoped for. My saddler came out for a fitting and was also blown away by the condition. I cannot fault Saddlebank in anyway they have been amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again! Thank you!!!
Excellent saddle and service
Purchased a secondhand saddle for my very wide clydesdale. The saddle itself was in excellent condition, like new, and was a great price too. It also fitted a treat with a 4X wide gullet bar. The saddle was promptly despatched and very well packed. Would not hesitate to buy from The Saddlebank again and definitely recommend.

Excellent service
The Saddle Bank is a fantastic service. I needed a short saddle for a young connemara horse that would fit my daughter who is now fully grown. With the help of my local saddle fitter Kevin at KB Saddlery I have the right saddle from the Saddle Bank. I've spoken to two people on the phone, bought online and returned a saddle and got another one. So easy, so fantastic. I wish all businesses provided such a quick and simple service. Thank you very much.
Very good experience
I was a bit worried that shopping for saddles in another country which is outside EU might be challanging, but everything turned out great. Saddle arrived in a prefecty good shape and ideally at the set time (which can be challenging for international shipping). I can sincerely recommend shopping at Saddle Bank! :)

The Saddle Bank have been fantastic when ordering a new saddle for my daughter. Our order was placed over the phone, all staff are very knowledgable about their saddles and meet my daughter’s needs and the horse. We have had the best customer service and are extremely happy with value for money and quality of our saddle. We will definitely be recommending them to all our friends.

Saddle sale and purchase
Used the saddle bank several times now. Super easy to send saddle off and get the money so quickly! Also amazing to be able to order a couple of saddles to try and send back if not needed!
Quick and simple
This is the second time I have sold a saddle to the saddle bank. I found the whole process quick, simple and easy. From the courier picking up the saddle on my chosen day, to receiving the agreed price in my bank. I would highly recommend the saddle bank.
