currently have a K&M saddle on trial,very easy transaction & fast delivery,also as advised purchased 2 extra gullet bars 1 up & 1 down,so far saddle extremely comfortable & my mare goes well in it.will let saddle bank know towards end of trial. So far so good. Excellent customer service also. My saddler said it was a lovely fit.

The saddle arrived via DPD on the requested day. It was well packed and was exactly as described. My fitter came the next day and added a little flocking to suit my horse and we were good to go. I have tried it over the weekend and, happily, I’m going to keep it! But if I hadn’t been happy with it, I would have returned it.

The saddle was delivered on exactly the date I specified.
An email prior to delivery pointed out I may need gullet bars which was a good point .

Hassle free, seamless service! I love the letter you write to client and horse ! Brilliant. Saddle exactly as described. A little long for my horse so sending it back. Will be using the service again to trial a different saddle. Cannot fault them.

Bought a John Whittaker jump saddle
The saddle was a 'used' one but is in very good condition. I had to order a wider gullet and this was posted quite quickly. The saddle is taking a while to get used to but I think it is going to be just fine
