Superb
Bought a used saddle and it’s condition is like brand new, arrived the next day and 5 days trial meant we could try it properly, really helpful staff too.
Love the massive selection of saddles.
The filter system in their site doesn’t work properly on my iPad, it works a bit on my iPhone 12, just a shame as it means when buying saddles I search on other sites first.
To get around this I usually email them to send me a link to what I’m looking for or I use google search (Saddle bank, Amerigo dressage) and that works.

Prestige Renaissance Saddle
Excellent prompt service. My only reservations are in trying other saddles as I am already £70 out of pocket and really did my homework before hand and was sure it would fit but unfortunately it did not.

Buying from Spain
I needed a new saddle, and anything I found in my country was what I needed, so I wrote to the saddle bank, they solved every doubt I had, and made the process really easy. In 1 week I had my new saddle at home(It isn't new, but it seems to be!) Everything went great, special thanks to Ellie, who was really helpfull and made everything easier.

Necesitaba una silla nueva, ya que la mia ya no le venia a mi yegua. Estuve viendo el mercado en españa pero ninguna me acababa de gustar, ya fuese por caracteristicas o por precio, hasta que encontré esta web. Me pasé un par de horas mirando sillas y cuando me decidí por un modelo(Una fairfax) escribí. Ellie me atendió de maravilla, resolvió todas mis dudas(Entre otras el ancho del canal) e hizo del proceso algo bastante sencillo, teniendo en cuenta que había cambio de divisa y envío internacional. En poco más de una semana me llegó la silla a casa y ya la estoy usando, no podría estar mas contento!

Great international service
Great service, especially in making sure the saddle chosen was a good fit for my horse. I loved having the confirmation with the saddle fitting online (which confirmed what my saddle fitter had suggested). From across the pond to Canada, I really appreciated the service (and the rapid delivery)!

Phenomenal service
I could write a paragraph on how amazing this company is so will try to keep it short.

I sold a thorowgood saddle to them and they made everything about selling the saddle super easy and straight forward, very clear on what to do and I recieved the quoted payment the next day from when the saddle was collected. They arranged the delivery, I picked the date and options to change if needed and next day, I recieved the payment.

The customer service is incredible, they do not rip you off either! If you want to sell a saddle easily, quickly and for a good price then this Is definitely the right company to go with. 100% recommend.

Also want to take this time to say well done to this business owner and the people working for them, this is how you run a business! 👏

Buying and Selling
I had an amazing experience with the Saddle Bank. I was initially apprehensive as I am based in Ireland but the customer support was fabulous. I had all my questions answered and they were more then happy to let me hve the saddle sent to a family friend in the North for me. As for selling my saddle it went off without a hitch. Again they were very quick to respond to my emails and help me every step of the way. I would definitely use them again (but in the nicest way hope I dont have to!)

Saddle GFS pony
The customer service from the saddle bank is excellent. They are helpful, respond quickly. And very accommodating. Even though the saddle we ordered didn’t quite fit our pony (he is a really tricky shape) they were so helpful with the returns and trying to find something more suitable.

The outstanding customer service will make me buy from them again and again!
