Used or damaged?
Ordered gullet bar, arrived very scratched and mild damage. Packaging in perfect condition. suspect this was well used and had new bolts added! Contacted shop, no response. Returned immediately. Mow waiting refund as ordered elsewhere.

I am so sorry you are disappointed on this occasion.
All the gullet bars we send out are new and un used.
We send them out as we receive them with some being in packaging and some are not. Minor damage, paint chips ect can occur during transit however this does not affect the use of the gullet bar.
I can see a member of the team did reply to your message within the same hour :)
As soon as the gullet bar is returned back to the warehouse the team will of course issue your refund.
