Easy process, delivered on time
The process is very straightforward and works. Although I kept the saddle and have given 5 stars it is worth saying that the saddle needed a lot more flocking wool, so I believe the saddles are as provided to Saddle Bank, rather than fully serviced. Had I needed to return it, the box and packaging would be re-used and the instructions were very clear.
