Excellent Service
This was my first time buying a saddle not only from The Saddle Bank, but online in general. I would like to thank all of the customer service staff for answering my many questions and helping to ensure that my saddle arrived in time for the fitter to check it. Shipping was prompt and the saddle was packed very well. I'm happy to report that my new saddle fits my mare perfectly and I am very pleased with the experience I had purchasing it!
