Quick and efficient, great communication!
I bought the Henry James girth, it was a great price and the saddle bank clearly highlighted expected dispatch and delivery times. As a customer there is nothing I hate more than companies claiming something is in stock and then it having to be ordered in from a warehouse and taking extra time to be delivered! It isn’t a cheap item and the saddlebank ensured it was packaged and posted correctly to ensure minimal damage.
