Super helpful and risk free

My saddle fitter wasn't able to get to me to fit a saddle on my new horse and unable to wait, I used the service where I sent photos of him to the team and they made a list of recommendations. I liked a saddle and I thought it would be ok so I accepted it and used it for a couple of weeks. When the saddle fitter was able to get to me, she said it wasn't the best fit and luckily it was within the money back period so I got a refund from the team within days of returning it and managed to get one that fit perfectly. The team have been easy and helpful to deal with from start to finish and I would never hesitate to recommend the saddle bank to anyone.
