Great customer service, all queries I had were solved very quickly.
I bought a lovely Bates Victrix of which both me and my horse absolutely love! But I also sold two saddles to you which I have never done before so it was all very new to me as to what I had to do but you all made it so easy giving me step by step instructions and I'm so happy knowing both saddles are in great hands and hopefully someone will make great use of them instead of them sat around collecting dust in my tackroom.
