Excellent service
I took the photos as suggested and sent them off. Two saddles were recommended, they arrived in time for my saddlers to check. One wasn't any good, but the other simply needed a different gullet bar. This was posted to me and the trial extended a couple of days so I could recheck.
Then the old saddle collected using the same box it had arrived in, no drama, no fuss, new saddle sorted :)
