Start by completing our quick online form on the Sell a Saddle page.
It only takes 2 to 4 minutes to share your saddle details and upload a few clear photos.

We will assess your information and come back to you with an offer, usually within 1 business day.

2. Receive Your Offer

Once our team reviews your details, you will receive a quote outlining your options:

• Outright Purchase – we buy your saddle directly for a guaranteed price.
• Commission Sale – we sell your saddle on your behalf to achieve the best market value.

You can choose whichever suits you best. The commission method often gives a better return. However, the outright method turns your saddle into cash for your instantly.

3. Send Your Saddle

Follow these simple steps to get your saddle safely to us:

1. Log into your account to book your collection.
2. Select a collection date that suits you best and confirm your pickup address.
3. Prepare your saddle for collection:
   • Box it securely and have it ready on the day of collection.
   • Add padding around the pommel and cantle.
   • Seal the box well and write our address on the box.

4. Getting the saddle to us:
   • If you booked the courier in step 2, DPD will arrive to collect your saddle on your chosen date, or
   • If you prefer to save on delivery costs or want to avoid finding a box, you can drop off your saddle in person.

4. Quality Check and Confirmation

When your saddle reaches us, our expert team inspects it carefully to ensure it meets our standards for soundness, safety, and is in a saleable condition.

If any non repairable faults are found, the saddle will be returned to the sender.
If any repairable faults are identified such as minor stitching repairs or if the saddle requires replacement girth straps, these will be quoted accordingly before any work is carried out.

To help you avoid delays, we recommend you check your saddle before sending it and check with us in regards to any possible required repairs.
You can:

• Watch our Saddle Inspection Video to see what to look for
• Ask your saddle fitter to inspect it following the same guidelines
• Or simply declare any minor issues such as stitching wear or cracked girth straps when requesting your quote

5. Paid or Listed

• Outright Sale: Payment is made to you within 24 hours of the saddle arriving into us - usually the same day, once your saddle passes inspection.
• Commission Sale: Your saddle is listed on our website, reaching around 50,000 monthly views from active buyers around the world.

Every saddle is photographed professionally and offered with next day shipping by 12pm to the UK and offered to our growing US customer base, helping it sell faster.
