Quick and easy sale of saddle

I was sceptical of sending off my saddle at first, as most would be sending something of value without the payment before hand. But I am so glad I did, from the moment I had an offer to buy my saddle, too the payment in my bank was little over a week. No hassle, no messing, straight toward. Would definitely do it again!

Outstanding

Ordered a saddle, sadly saddler couldn’t come in the 5 day trial period (my fault!) unfortunately the saddle was slightly too long for my horse. Had the saddle 10 days, rung customer services and asked to swap the saddle for another, DPD picked up the first saddle the next day and once returned the second one was sent and received extremely quickly. Absolutely refreshing service, no battles or getting sent round in circles, cannot fault any part of the team. Have since recommended the company to others at the yard and they’ve had a faultless experience with the company too. A breath of fresh air! Also bought a girth and again, straightforward and hassle free. Would recommend 10 times over

I have purchased multiple saddles from the saddle bank, having also sold one saddle and utilised the buy back service on another when my mare charged shape. Every time the service has been brilliant, so easy to deal with and lovely, helpful staff.

I am really unimpressed. I entered my shipping address which is different to my billing address. Your computer system defaulted both to my billing address which resulted in this saddle landing in customs in Dublin instead of Northern Ireland which cost me €330. When I went to return the saddle to you your website wouldn't work to take my return and I had to arrange it by email. I am extremely mad over the whole transaction. Your website is at fault and I would like a refund of the €330 customs :(
