Super friendly customer services and speedy delivery

Customer services were super helpful and friendly, I ordered my secondhand saddle and it arrived quickly and well packaged. The product was 100% as described in the advert, no hidden blemishes etc, and they performed a gullet change for me, super happy with the saddle and their service. :)

Straightforward excellent service

After finding a saddle I liked on the saddle bank website I exchanged a few messages with a helpful staff member and agreed some changes, delivery for the saddle was very quick and communication was great. The saddle arrived and was better than described, it looked new. I then had contact from the team saying they were there if anything was an issue or if I had any questions. Overall great saddle, great price and service was A* thank you
