Fast, efficient, simple process - recommend to anyone selling a saddle

I had a hardly used Albion saddle to sell as it no longer fitted my pony after rehab. I contacted the Saddle Bank and within 72 hours had a quote, and a date and time for saddle collection. The whole process was seamless, everything happened as they described, each step simple and explained. I would definitely recommend the Saddle Bank if you have a good quality saddle to sell. It was so much better than having to advertise and sell it myself which may have yielded a couple more hundred pounds but the hassle and time was not worth it. What could have taken months took me less than a week from quote to cash!

Straightforward sale!

Great experience selling my saddle via the saddle bank. Clear instructions on uploading info and photos for valuation and very easy to navigate and accept the returned quote. I even needed to rearrange the collection date for my saddle last minute and the saddle bank were extremely understanding and we kept communication open, through to successful receipt of my saddle and when the payment was completed directly to my bank account. Thank you, will definitely use again!

I recently purchased a new saddle from the saddle bank and I have to say their customer service is second to none. I was contacted by Ade after I tried to arrange a Saturday delivery and he advised me to arrange delivery on the Thursday before in case there were any issues with the courier. My saddler was booked for the Monday and he explained that if there were any issues the courier would try to deliver again on the Monday which would risk me losing my saddler booking. They were happy to allow me a couple of extra days trial due to this. The saddle turned up as promised with a very lovely letter which made it feel personal to me. I am very happy with the saddle and will be recommending the saddle bank to all my friends, thank you

Fabulous service and saddle

I have used the saddle bank in the past for both selling and buying/trialing. They are always extremely efficient and on this occasion the saddle is perfect for my mare. They are ridiculously persnickety about the smallest of marks on a used saddle and for that I commend them as tbh the marks on the saddle I received were normal for a used saddle imo. Many thanks. Highly recommend.
