I had used The Saddle Bank twice previously - both were wonderful experiences, made total sense to use them for a third time! Made a call, checked they had what I needed and could deliver ‘next day’ for our saddle fitter, placed the order, paid, delivered next day before 10.30am - superb service, superb knowledgeable helpful & polite staff - why would you go anywhere else!!

Having a discussion with a fellow rider having just purchased a new saddle, she recommended the Saddle Bank. She said they were amazing, simple to organise and quick to respond. Having used the service I agree wholeheartedly and would highly recommend. Be realistic in your expectations and you won't be disappointed. Amazing service. Outstanding service

Very quick turnaround and it was easy to arrange the courier for a date/time that suited me. Offered a good price for my saddle and they were very quick to send over the money once arrived and give you updates along the way. Whole process from start to finish to 72 hours.
