Return a saddle

Saddles are sold with a 5 day UK mainland trial. If you wish to return your trial saddle please ensure you complete the below form by the end of day 5 of your trial.

Returns are only accepted from within the UK. Please only use the below form if you are a UK client looking to return a saddle.
Once the saddle has been received your refund will be processed within 5 working days. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for the payment to show back on your account.

Saddles are refundable only. If you would like to exchange for a different size, colour or model please place your order for the correct saddle on our website and complete the returns form below for the saddle you would like to return.

Please ensure you detail any accessories you will be returning with the saddle on your returns form. If you would like to keep any accessories you have ordered you are more than welcome to do so.

Once your return form has been received, the team will get the courier booked for you.
You will then receive a confirmation email. Please note the team work 8am - 6pm.
Return forms submitted outside of these hours will be processed with the following working day.

To return your saddle(s) Please follow the steps below

Complete the returns form below and select your collection date. Please do not select today, Saturday or Sunday. The couriers will collect Monday-Friday between 8:00am- 18:00pm

Remove all old address labels from the box and write our address on the box:

The driver will label the parcel. However, we ask that you write our address directly on the box in case the parcel goes missing.

Ensure the box is well taped and not damaged. If damaged please replace with a suitable box. We also advise you to retape the bottom of the box.

Ensure the saddled is boxed up and ready for your chosen collection date. DPD will text you a 1 hour time slot on the morning of the collection. Please ensure you are available at the time of your parcel collection to hand the parcel to the driver. If you do not receive the timeslot text by 10:00 am please call The Saddle Bank team on 01733 301488 so we can look into this for you.
