Return accessory items
Accessory products (excluding saddles and digital content) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
Any items returned showing signs of use are not refundable.
Please note, we are unable to arrange a collection of accessory products. When returning accessories it is your responsibility to arrange a courier/parcel service.
It is advisable to insure the parcel for loss or damage, as you are responsible for products until they are safely received by us.
Once the item(s) have been received by us, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for the payment to show back on your account.
If you would like to exchange the item for a different size or colour, please place a new order for the correct item on our website and complete the returns form below for the item you would like to return.

Enclose your order confirmation form or a note with your order number, full name and email address.
If you would like to exchange for a different size/colour please include this on your note.
Seal the parcel well and take to your local post office or arrange a courier via www.parcel2go.com. We recommend insuring the parcel for the value of the item.
