Great service
Bought a saddle from here after being recommended by my fitter. Found the service very easy to use. Saddle in great condition - I'd say better than described. Only minor issue was it arrived two days early, and as the trial starts on the day of delivery this meant the saddle fitter was on the last day of the trial. I would've preferred a couple of days after the fitter to test the saddle more. The other issue was I would've had to pay late fees if I did have to send it back, as I wasn't able to do this two days earlier than planned. Fortunately the saddle fitter was happy with the saddle and I didn't have to send back. Overall I'm happy with the service and would use again.

I found using the Saddle Bank really straightforward. My fitter recommended a specific make and model of a saddle for one of my horses. It was available via the Saddle Bank to trial before committing to buying a saddle that may have not been quite right. My fitter was able to come out, check fit, confirm they were happy, and I didn't have to do anything else! Delivery was prompt, saddle was in the exact condition as described (and even looked a bit newer in person!). I would definitely use this again; much easier than trawling through FB Marketplace to find the right one privately, on the off chance that it'll fit! I also really liked the bar swapping service, as I didn't have any bars of that new make of saddle, and didn't want to invest in any before committing to the saddle. Great concept, super simple, will buy future saddles from TSB!

I sent many images of my ALBION DRESSAGE SADDLE and received an offer which I accepted. DPD collected and I received the payment the next day. Very happy with the procedure. Very professional company.

Fabulous service, speedy delivery
Very straight forward and super helpful advice over the phone and the speediest of deliveries - ordered 12:30 on Tuesday, saddle arrived 08:00 on Wednesday, and that even included change of head plate! Saddle as described (actually better than advertised). Very happy customer!

When the saddle arrived it arrived in perfect condition and included some nice sweets. Had the saddle fitted the day after and it fitted like a glove. Our rides have been perfect! Loved the letter to my horse and he did too! Thanks!

Love my saddle
Amazing experience with the saddle bank. Fantastic saddle, I love it, so comfortable. Nice little touches with customer care, from a bag of sweets with my saddle to lots of follow up emails making sure everything was ok.
