Excellent advice and service
Having ordered a trial of a dressage saddle that I liked, but which sadly did not fit my horse, I asked for advice. Having sent photos and a description of my horse , TSB recommended a saddle that I probably wouldn't have considered. I had it on trial and it is a good fit for both the horse and myself - I have bought it and am very pleased with both it and the level of help, support and service I received from TSB. I would highly recommend them.

Saddle Bar for NZ
I recently ordered and received a saddle bar from the saddle bank. I was really impressed with their website and easy ordering process. I received the bar in New Zealand in less time than it takes some national orders to arrive! Highly recommend.
Wonderful company
This is my second saddle that I’ve sold through the saddle ball. Thales make the process so easy. Easy to get a quote and give you all the necessary info to choose what option works best. Quick collection and updates on it moving through their system. Quick bank payments too. I’ll definitely come back again to either buy OR sell

We have recently sold our saddle to saddlebank. They were brilliant. Kept me updated and very quick at responding. Would certainly recover them if you are planning on selling your saddle.

Great service
The website is easy to navigate and ordering is straightforward. An oversight on my part meant I ordered an extra gullet bar that was the same size as the one already in the saddles. I called and Emmie was amazing and so helpful. Delivery was quick and the product arrived in excellent condition. On buying - I was prompted by the site to order a saddle cover. I made the assumption that the saddle didn’t come with one. My mistake so now have a spare. Whether that is just me or it could me made clear that the saddle already comes with one? That is the only (very minor) problem. Very happy with service

Excellent Service
Fantastic service selling my saddle through the saddle bank. I have always purchased through them before and been pleased with the service received so after advertising my saddle on market place and receiving a message from them asking if I'd be interested in having a quote I thought why not! I received only £25 less than I was advertising the saddle for, they organised collection and despite it being a bank holiday weekend everything was sorted by 10am on Tuesday and the money was in my account. Very impressed!
