Very helpful website, with all sorts of useful resources, like clear descriptions of the saddles, not just the manufacturers blurb and links to videos to help change gullets etc. Calls always promptly answered by a person who knew what they were talking about. Finally the 5 day trial is so helpful - I'm keeping the saddle I trialled, but I wouldn't have bought it on line, without the trial.
Good service
The saddle is just what I thought I wanted! It arrived quickly, well packed and I was so pleased but sadly it doesn’t fit my horse and I have to return it. I am so disappointed! I had an issue with return as my address isn’t listed in the address finder so I rang the Saddle Bank. The lady who spoke to me was able to generate the return system manually without any trouble and very efficiently. The saddle awaits collection, such a shame, it’s a lovely saddle!
Amazing!
I was looking for a specific saddle and thought to check the saddle bank, and they had the one the exact one I needed, I purchased it and it was here within 2 days! It was a very fast and easy process . I’m absolutely in love with it and so is my horse, will definitely be back if I ever need another saddle!

Excellent service
I don't have a clue about buying the right saddle that fits my mare.
I spoke to various friends who all told me different things.
My saddle fitter gave me a few suggestions aa to the make and style of saddle.
I send pictures of my badly fitting saddle to the saddlebank who sent me a few options.
Knowing if it was wrong I could return it was very reassuring!
However the first saddle I ordered fits my horse with just a little bit of flocking adjustment to suit her.
All in all a great way to buy a new / second hand saddle without the risk of collecting saddles that don't fit your horse.

I found the saddle on the website, purchased and the saddle was delivered 4 days later. Very easy and quick service. My only complaint is charging £29.00 postage to mainland Scotland and normal postage is £4,95.
Everything else was highly satisfactory! Would recommend.

A very good experience
Using the saddle bank to sell our saddle was efficient and hassle free. You might be able to get more selling it privately, but if you don’t want the hassle of trying to sell it yourself and dealing with shipping, returns because it doesn’t fit correctly etc. then I recommend the saddle bank.

ITEM HAVENT BEEN DELIVERED ON TIME DAUGHTER HAD TO MISS HER SHOW.!!!
I have ordered from saddlebank for the first time and I have to say that I am not very happy with the service I received as a first time customer. My daughters missed her show due to her helmet not arriving on time when we have paid express delivery. I have emailed the the team and all they said was they were sorry and would give my delivery fee back and 15 pound voucher.! Do they think that 15 pounds is going to cover the fact that my daughter had to cancel her show which she was very exited for. And she’s been upset since and till now I still haven’t received my item.

Just to clarify, your order was placed at 10pm on Thursday evening. With both Friday and Monday being bank holidays, the next working day was Tuesday, which is when your order was dispatched using a next-day delivery service, as promised.
Unfortunately, the courier did not deliver on time, which is outside of our control. While we always aim to provide a service as seamless as possible we are limited by courier schedules, especially around public holidays when deliveries do not take place.
As a gesture of goodwill, we issued a full refund of your delivery charge and provided a £15 voucher to express our sincere apologies. We know that no compensation can truly make up for the disappointment of missing your daughter's show, and we are genuinely sorry for that.
We are continually working to improve our service and relationships with our couriers to reduce the chance of something like this happening again. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.

Found my dream saddle and ordered it. It arrived on the day I chose, packed and boxed well by Megan and when I got it out it was even more perfect than I’d hoped for. My saddler came out for a fitting and was also blown away by the condition. I cannot fault Saddlebank in anyway they have been amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again! Thank you!!!

Excellent saddle and service
Purchased a secondhand saddle for my very wide clydesdale. The saddle itself was in excellent condition, like new, and was a great price too. It also fitted a treat with a 4X wide gullet bar. The saddle was promptly despatched and very well packed. Would not hesitate to buy from The Saddlebank again and definitely recommend.

A really good experience
