Excellent service
I took the photos as suggested and sent them off. Two saddles were recommended, they arrived in time for my saddlers to check. One wasn't any good, but the other simply needed a different gullet bar. This was posted to me and the trial extended a couple of days so I could recheck.
Then the old saddle collected using the same box it had arrived in, no drama, no fuss, new saddle sorted :)

Super smooth service
I recently ordered a saddle from the saddle bank for their 5 day trial, the saddle arrived quickly and safely. The saddle fitted the horse but I just didn’t quite love it, so ordered a similar model which again arrived quickly, I phoned the saddle bank explaining this and that my saddle fitter was due out in a few days, they happily extended the trail of the first saddle by a few days so I could show the saddle fitter both. Luckily the saddle I fell in love with fitted the horse well so I sent the other saddle back that afternoon which was a very easy process and I was kept informed of the whereabout and refunded very quickly. I can’t recommend them enough 🙂

A Good Experience

Great for buying & selling
I’ve sold a few saddles through the Saddlebank now, but this is my first time purchasing and it’s been great. Used their advice service to get a view on the saddles I thought might work before I ordered, which was a great help. Saddles were totally as described & very fairly priced compared to similar on sales sites where you wouldn’t have the option to trial and return, and great to have the option to try a few. Again, the support during the trial and offer to check for is really helpful. Really impressed.

Lovely saddle. Fitted by professional who said slightly over flocked so needed to go uo two sizes with the gullet otherwise perfect.
