Excellent service, i am from Canada and bought a saddle a few years ago and a different size bar for my saddle recently. Both time i received my purchase intact and within one week. Amaising !
Excellent helpful service
I had a jump saddle with Saddlebank for a commission sale. They were kind enough to allow me to take an outright price on this so i could part exchange for a dressage saddle they held. Just after receiving the saddle my horse developed a minor veterinary issue and they also extended the trial period so I had time to rearrange my saddler when he could be ridden. I am so happy with the saddle which is in great condition and fits us both!!!
Pony saddle
I have recently used the saddle bank for the first time. I had a pony on trial and on buying him the saddle had to go back. I wanted exactly the same saddle and found several in the saddle bank. Went for an ex demo which was in immaculate condition with tags still on! I am fairly local so picked it up, the service is easy to use and I’d recommend it.

This is the second saddle that I have bought from The Saddle Bank, and once more I am delighted with the service provided, the quality of the goods and the price. The photos on the website are very accurate and helpful in deciding which item to buy, especially when considering a used saddle. I contacted the company with a request and the lady on the other end of the line was helpful and friendly. Delivery occurred exactly when they said, and the saddle was well protected in transit. The Saddle Bank will always be my choice when looking for a saddle - no question about it! 🤩

The Saddle Bank is always my go to when I am looking for a saddle for my youngsters. The website is super easy to use with so many saddles to choose from. The filters make it so easy to find exactly what you are looking for and the option to leave an email and be notified when a saddle is back in stock works really well. Very easy to sell my saddle
I had advertised my saddle on social media. Jade messaged suggested I sell through the saddle bank. Very easy, no problems and my money came through within 48hrs (it being a weekend).
