Deep joy all round. No hassle, no excruciating exchanges with weirdo's on soclal media. Why on earth I haven't sold saddles through Saddle Bank before, I just can't comprehend! Hadn't realised until I got a voucher card, that the Saddle Bank do other products as well as saddles and I've been really impressed at their range of accessories and responsiveness of the team to questions etc. Excellent service

Fast, efficient, simple process - recommend to anyone selling a saddle
I had a hardly used Albion saddle to sell as it no longer fitted my pony after rehab. I contacted the Saddle Bank and within 72 hours had a quote, and a date and time for saddle collection. The whole process was seamless, everything happened as they described, each step simple and explained. I would definitely recommend the Saddle Bank if you have a good quality saddle to sell. It was so much better than having to advertise and sell it myself which may have yielded a couple more hundred pounds but the hassle and time was not worth it. What could have taken months took me less than a week from quote to cash!

Great experience selling my saddle via the saddle bank. Clear instructions on uploading info and photos for valuation and very easy to navigate and accept the returned quote.
I even needed to rearrange the collection date for my saddle last minute and the saddle bank were extremely understanding and we kept communication open, through to successful receipt of my saddle and when the payment was completed directly to my bank account.
