Very easy sale , highly recommended
After trying to sell privately and being repeatedly let down we decided to sell our saddle to the Saddle Bank. It was a very easy & straightforward transaction from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. We were offered a fair price and the money was in our bank the day after the saddle was collected. Highly recommended.

They are an amazing team and are really knowledgable. Sold my saddle with them with ease. Price was fair to low but then the ease of selling through them reflects the price. My main thing they are great at is communication and replying to emails!!

Brilliant!
So I have now purchased and sold a saddle via Saddle Bank. I have to say that both experiences were very easy and customer friendly. I've recommended them to my friends, one of whom is looking for a new saddle. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

The process from start to finish was straightforward and easy. The lady I delt with was very pleasant and I got a fair price. The fact the saddle was picked up from home was so helpful

Not happy
After recurring 5 saddles on trial (previously had saddles on trial before) was quite annoyed at the fact delivery was charged for 3 packages & not 1 along with hire rates, change of bar etc. then a delay in receiving my money all this cost a reduction of £180 would not recommend that to anyone unfortunately

I just wanted to clarify a few points so everything is completely transparent. The delivery fees are non-refundable as the courier service has already been provided, and the collection charge reflects the amount we pay in courier and insurance costs to have the saddles safely returned to us. Gullet bar swaps are also non-refundable, as this work is carried out prior to dispatch specifically for your order.
Your refund was processed on the same day the saddles arrived back with us. Once we process a refund, the funds leave us instantly, but banks and card providers can take between 2 and 8 working days to release the money back to your account. Unfortunately, this timeframe is outside of our control.
I’m really sorry that this experience didn’t meet your expectations, as we always want our customers to feel supported throughout the process. If there is anything further we can help with, please just let us know.

I sent my saddle to the saddle bank as I lost my horses 2 years ago although I have another horse now the saddle was to small

Easy sale
I needed to sell my saddle to recoup some money towards a replacement one - saddle bank made this the easiest process. From taking the photos, receiving an offer to the courier was so simple and the money was in my account 7 days after me taking photos and starting the process! Very fair price offered as well.
Saddle Exchange.
The team at saddle bank were unbelievably helpful when I desperately needed a new saddle for my horse. I had found the saddle my horse needed and they were able to sort me out with collecting my new saddle/dropping off my old one very quickly.
When arriving at the location to collect the new saddle, it was very fast and straight forward and they also answered any questions I had.
I was also offered a very good price on my old saddle which I was really happy with!
Would definitely recommend the saddle bank to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future when I look to purchase a dressage saddle.

Amazing Service 10 days from start to finish
Sold my saddle to @thesaddlebank Process was so easy, sent pics in, got a very competitive quote. The Saddle Bank arranged collection, once saddle was there they sent their inspection info, I accepted & the money was in my bank hours later
