Easy and hassle free sale
After recently loosing my horse I was dreading the hassle and heartache of selling his saddle. I bypassed all of this by using the saddle bank. They were fair on price with clear and informative instructions on how to send the saddle to them. I had already provided photographs and information on my saddle via their online portal so knew there would be no repercussions that I may encounter with a private sale. Payment was made quickly with no issues. I would use the saddle back again with no hesitation.

excellent customer service
I bought a saddle and had to return it after the trial period had expired. It was all new to me various hiccups happened, especially with the DPD pickup, it would have been very stressful for me but the saddle bank staff sorted it all out over the phone. I would deal with them again

A few months later the pony had changed shape significantly due to being super fit and it was reassuring that we could se this saddle back to the saddle bank at the same time as trialling a narrower one which we are super happy with - highly recommend

I had heard of the saddle bank of course but never thought about them when I was downsizing (horses n tack). I should have done! Amazing service and realistic pricing. Highly recommend them.

The saddle bank are fantastic. The website is easy to navigate and the range is impressive. There will definitely be something to suit any requirements. I purchased a saddle and had inadvertently ordered an extra adjustable bar. They phoned me to make sure I really wanted a second one & when I said no, they promptly refunded me. The saddle was well packaged and arrived safely & quickly and fits perfectly, the saddle fitter said it could have been made for my boy. So so pleased with their service in its entirety and I definitely recommend them.

I had my saddle advertised via other channels, however after attracting time wasters I was contacted by The Saddle Bank and given an offer to either sell direct to them or for The Saddle Bank to sell for me, I opted for the former, even through it was below what I was asking but the process was so easy and was collected at my address on a date convenient to me and the money was transferred after the saddle was assessed and was the agreed price. Can’t fault the process!
Efficient
Whilst saddle ended up not being worth the initial quote due to damage, I can’t fault how the company handled this and the communication was excellent. The whole process was very easy!
