HASSLE FREE SADDLE PURCHASE
Ordered a GFS Monarch cob saddle as recommended by saddle fitter. Had a question about the gullet range for this saddle so rang Saddle Bank to make sure I made the correct purchase- most helpful information from the lady who answered my call. Saddle fitted the horse and myself so one happy Customer.Thank you Saddle Bank.

I was looking for a used Bates Havana dressage sad...
I was looking for a used Bates Havana dressage saddle. I've been using an older version of one so wanted to upgrade to a newer but not brand new one. You had excatly what I was looking for at the right price. Absolutely thrilled with it - condition, fit, customer service. Used it Sunday and won both classes!!

My equipe forth mission!
I've searched high and low for this girth . I even bought a secondhand one in desperation only to find it wasn't the size advertised. I'd dealt with saddlebank over the years very successfully with saddles, but they came up trumps finding the girth I needed for me, and it also arrived less than 24 hours later! Fantastic service !!

Saddle
Always excellent fast service and fantastic quality saddles. We had had three saddles in the last two years due to changing horses and all have been fantastic.

Faultless service
Service was faultless end to end with clear guidance on delivery times and what was needed from our side. Everything was on time and in perfect condition with plenty of protective packaging. After sales was supportive and the letter we received with our new saddle brought a huge smile to both mine and my daughters faces. Would highly reccommend

Unfaithful
Wouldnt reccomend, offwred a price then halved it when they received saddle, despite already seeing photos of all the saddle

We’re really sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your experience.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the gullet clasps on your saddle. This is not something that can be identified from photos alone, which is why we do recommend that all customers check this area before sending items to us.

Sadly, we are unable to sell the saddle with faulty clasps and it must be fit for sale before we can list it. Due to the nature of the fault, the saddle does need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair, which has impacted the valuation we were able to offer.

We understand this is frustrating and appreciate your feedback.

Saddle Trial
Website is very informative and a great selection of saddles to choose from. Good communication from the Saddle Bank as we are in Scotland they informed us of an extra day delivery. Saddle we tried/bought was as described.

Excellent
These guys are on it 24/7 - they respond to emails and make the whole process as efficient as possible, they give you confidence that the products they are selling are in great quality and assurances that if things change you have options. Better than a shop can offer where they sell and move on... these guys stand by you for a good length of time after you have purchased so you have very little to loose.

Selling my saddles
I’ve sold 2 saddles through the saddle bank , the team is helpful and always at hand in a flash. Selling saddles in the past always was a challenge but the process this company has in place makes a stress free step by step process. Simple Process
I had a very positive experience selling my saddle to the Saddle Bank. They offered me a good price, they paid for the courier to collect my saddle and I was paid within 2 days of the saddle arriving. The whole process was easy and stress free.

Super Service from the Saddle Bank
I sold a saddle to Saddle Bank who made the process easy. They offered a fair price, arranged the courier and paid out quickly once they received it. I couldn't ask for more and would recommend them.

Amazing!
I contacted the Saddle Bank with a view to selling my saddle. The whole process from start to finish was incredibly straightforward and easy. I uploaded the photos and within 24 hours received a valuation which I accepted. Once they received the saddle I received the money in my account within 24 hours too.

Lack of communication saddle not sold
My saddle was with the bank for nearly a year. I didnt receive confirmation that they had received it so had to chase that. I had no updates whilst they had it in their care and they got another £50 from me to send it back to me. Shame as I was hoping for at least some advice they should surely know if it was a
Popular saddle or even whether worth trying to sell through them. Never mind I’ll try to sell it myself

We did send a confirmation email once your saddle had arrived with us and been processed, but we’re sorry if this wasn’t received or was missed.

All saddles do sell, however some can take longer than others depending on factors such as brand, size, and current demand. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a sale takes longer than expected.
