I don’t think there are enough words it space to share how pleased I am with my experience at the Saddle Bank. I had been looking for a very particular model saddle (I am located in the United States) and had tried multiple other saddles through tack stores in the US. The Saddle Bank kept popping up in my searches as they carry the brand I was looking for. One day THE saddle popped up on their website. I immediately wrote and quickly received an email in return confirming it was the saddle I described and were so very thorough and patient in answering my questions . I do not purchase many items from “over seas” but decided to go for it. I tried to complete my purchase on line and after communicating on email and then THE most pleasant phone call it was discovered there was a security block on my credit card and we were able to rectify that and complete the purchase. (And I love being able to “add planting trees” to my order). I received the saddle the most remarkable time! It is perfect and I am SO glad I chose to order from The Saddle Bank!
