I was very impressed with the service the saddle bank gives. The saddle arrived in the morning, and as she had a cancellation my saddler was able to come and check the fit that afternoon. The saddle arrived well packaged, and in nearly new condition. I was very happy with the fit for both my pony and myself, and I now have a beautiful new looking dressage saddle, but without the price tag of a new saddle.
