Incredible Service
The saddle is even better than it looked in the pictures. Their service was impeccable, fast processing and shipment. If you have to reach out to them for help you have a response almost immediately. Lovely people!
Packaging is also very good if you’re shipping internationally. My saddle came from the UK to Canada and customs decided to cut the box completely open and then not bother to reseal it before continuing the shipment. My saddle arrived in an open, mangled box because of customs and UPS and due to the sheer amount of bubble wrap and care taken by the saddle bank, it was miraculously undamaged!
Will definitely order again!!
