We are glad you found the service great with the photos and descriptions of the saddles.
Sorry you feel the service was not 5* after you had returned the saddle. You should have received an email to complete a survey where we would be able to help you in finding a saddle which could potential work for you.
We do always welcome customers to get in contact with us during there trial too if they are looking for some extra help.
Once the saddle was returned back the the warehouse you should have also received email confirmation regarding the safe return and when your refund was processed. Did you not receive any follow up emails at all?
