Sadle cover was filthy
Whilst i rate the sercvice provided, i was appauled to find a combination of horse hair, human hair and hay covering the saddle cover that came with the saddle that i recently purchased. Imagine spending in excess of £800 as a special gift, only to have the shine taken off it by something so preventable. There are many steps in buying a saddle and thr saddle bank try to make thr expirience special, but this fell short of expextations and i would urge anyone to be mindful on spending vast amounts of cash for something that wouldnt even be able to give away. Very disapointing considering how good the expirence was, until delivery.
