I was very nervous to make my first saddle purchase, especially online, and from another country. But, I was quickly helped and made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Adi reached out right away and was so helpful and patient with me, and my dozens of questions. I could not be happier with my purchase! My horse is very hard to fit (Belgian x TB/arab), and the fitter recommended a Kent & Masters...which are almost impossible to find in Canada on a budget. Not only did I find her perfect saddle thanks to Adi, but came in under budget, even with shipping, exchange, and import fees (fyi, import fees were less than 200 CAD). The saddle shipped immediately, arrived less than a week later and in perfect condition. Even got a letter wishing us well in our new saddle. I cannot say enough good things about The Saddle Bank. They are definitely an amazing group who are genuinely passionate about getting horses in the right saddle. Thank you Adi and thank you Saddle Bank! My girl is so much happier in her new-to-her saddle and I am relieved knowing she's finally in a saddle she is comfortable in.
