Excellent customer service
I have sent my previous saddle to you to sell, so easy with your collection service. And had a saddle on trial, and only just managed to actually try it out on day 5 due to bad weather !! But it fits and I have been impressed with the contact and advice from various members of the Saddle Bank team.
