Excellent customer service
I sold my saddle to the Saddle Bank recently. Unfortunately the couriers lost my saddle in transit. I contacted the Saddle Bank customer service team and they were fantastic. They liaised with the courier company to look into the lost saddle. They kept in touch regularly with me to update me about the situation and I did receive the promised money for the saddle, albeit a little later than planned. I cannot fault the Saddle bank for how they dealt with this.
