Good service
The saddle is just what I thought I wanted! It arrived quickly, well packed and I was so pleased but sadly it doesn’t fit my horse and I have to return it. I am so disappointed! I had an issue with return as my address isn’t listed in the address finder so I rang the Saddle Bank. The lady who spoke to me was able to generate the return system manually without any trouble and very efficiently. The saddle awaits collection, such a shame, it’s a lovely saddle!
