Helpful and prompt
Following the purchase of a dressage saddle, my saddler identified some asymmetry that necessitated reflocking. The saddle bank staff were so helpful and negotiated a new price for the saddle so that the work could be completed without my being out of pocket. Responsive and very prompt.
