Communication poor, failed to sell my saddle for over year, had it returned

Prestige saddles are specialist saddles and can take a significant amount of time to sell while the correct buyer is found. Due to their specific fit requirements and price point, it is not unusual for these saddles to remain listed for extended periods despite ongoing marketing and exposure. Throughout the time your saddle was with us, it was actively marketed in line with our usual sales process, however a sale can never be guaranteed.
We do, however, take on board your comments regarding communication and will certainly look to improve how we keep owners updated during longer-term listings.
