Unfortunately, there was an issue with the gullet clasps on your saddle. This is not something that can be identified from photos alone, which is why we do recommend that all customers check this area before sending items to us.
Sadly, we are unable to sell the saddle with faulty clasps and it must be fit for sale before we can list it. Due to the nature of the fault, the saddle does need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair, which has impacted the valuation we were able to offer.
