This is the first time I have used the saddle bank and I have found it to be an absolutely top service from start to finish. The response to my initial emails from knowledgeable real people as opposed to bots! The help, advice, and lastly the incredible speed at which the saddle I finally chose arrived. Ordered at lunchtime, arrived by 11am the next morning, absolutely delighted with the beautiful Butet saddle which I had long been searching for! Thank you saddle bank!
