I spoke to the office with a few questions about boxing up the saddles and they were really helpful. I liked the fact that the saddles are insured by them once picked up by their courier. I accepted the offers online and chose my preferred courier pick up time. Within a few days I received emails to confirm that the saddles had been received and payment arrived in my bank account.

I would definitely use the service again as the service was relatively quick and straightforward and thank you to the staff were very helpful and well informed.
