I bought a saddle from the saddle bank. I had it on trial. The trial ended on a bank holiday and I was going on holiday the next day do couldn't be in for the courier. The saddle bank accommodated an extended trial and in the meantime I decided to buy as the saddle was one my saddler knew would fit.
I decided to sell my then current saddle and while I wasn't offered the price I had in mind it was a very easy transaction and they paid the courier fee as I chose their sell outright option.
I would use both their buy and sell options again as they are convenient.
