Great and speedy service
I recently re-sold a saddle I had bought in 2023 back to The Saddlebank.
The prices was very straightforward process with an easy to complete form and with uploaded images. Due to its age, it was to go through as a commission sale, rather than an outright sale. I was able to drop it off where it was decided it needed to have girth straps replaced. Within an hour, they contacted me to inform me that it might take some time to order and replace the straps, therefore they offered me a direct payment. The deal was agreed and paid within 2 weeks.
I was really impressed with the fairness and speed with which the staff, who were all lovely sorted out my sale.
I would definitely recommend them.
