I've just decided to keep a lovely saddle I've been trying for 3 days. Saddle bank are easy to deal with and the process is a breeze. My saddle was delivered the next day after ordering and I was given tracking details not an hour after i purchased. The trial instructions were absolutely clear and came printed in an envelope with the saddle. I love my new saddle, thank you. 💯 recommend

Very good service so far

Saddle fitted me perfectly & I loved it but wasn’t right for my horse. Very straightforward returns process. Looking forward to trying the next one.

The saddle bank is an amazing place when tying to find a saddles. We have been trying to find a saddle that will fit for ages and finally found one thanks to the saddle bank. As they have a huge variety, shapes and sizes to choose from I would highly recommend having a look through to see what you can find

First time at saddle bank

I have a very wide old fashioned 4yr I’ve bred.. I had no idea what saddle to get her being so wide and my saddle fitter suggested 2 saddles I’ve never even heard of. We spoke to saddle bank and purchased a Cavaletti collection monoflap.. couldn’t be happier with the saddle

Great personal service, speedy delivery and trial time. The saddles are as described, have loved both saddles I have purchased from the Saddle Bank, I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Combined with my fantastic saddle fitter there's nowhere else to look.

Saddle purchase

Super easy experience. Quick and efficient and cost effective way to buy an English Saddle second hand. Postage took 10 days. Evan with the tax hit coming into Australia cheaper than buying here. The saddle was in better condition than I was expecting. However the colour was called brown but it’s so close to black it would have been nice if that was mentioned. Wont worry me but might someone else.

Easy process only issue I ordered a 16.5 & got sent a 17 I'm hoping my saddler says it ok on length or I be sending it back

Happier horse and rider

The good variety of saddles and valuable advice to ensure my new dressage saddle was the right fit was super helpful. Buying from overseas, it meant both me and my saddle fitter were confident in the purchase. I love my new saddle … and more importantly, so does my horse !

Excellent customer service

Saddle was lacking flocking that wasn’t shown in advert. Saddlebank covered the cost of my saddle fitter re-flocking.
Very quick responses, great customer service.
Will use again and recommend.

Bad experience with the shipping process

I want to express my disappointment with the shipping process and the poor follow-up I’ve received.

At the beginning, Adi was very eager to make the sale, but once I made the payment, it seems like everything else was no longer a priority. Even the shipping address was entered incorrectly, despite having the correct information beforehand. Since then, there has been little to no effort to keep me informed or to ensure a smooth delivery process.

This lack of attention and follow-up has made this a frustrating experience. I would appreciate a clear update on the status of my order and what is being done to resolve these issues.

Excellent service!

From start to finish, working with staff made the purchase quick and easy. Very little stress with purchasing a saddle internationally. Would happily purchase a saddle here again. My saddle arrived quickly and as described!

Great saddle & top quality customer service

When I was in a position to upgrade my horse's saddle, I chose to buy from a Company, rather than a private seller for the assurance of saddles being checked. The Saddle Bank's website was easy to use. The 5-day trial option was great and easy to set up. When there was a hiccup with the new saddle, the customer service was superb, proving I'd made the right decision to buy from a company that prides itself on quality and good reputation. Excellent customer service

I sold my saddle to the Saddle Bank recently. Unfortunately the couriers lost my saddle in transit. I contacted the Saddle Bank customer service team and they were fantastic. They liaised with the courier company to look into the lost saddle. They kept in touch regularly with me to update me about the situation and I did receive the promised money for the saddle, albeit a little later than planned. I cannot fault the Saddle bank for how they dealt with this.

Awesome service!

I’m truly impressed with both the selection of saddles and the incredible service provided by the Saddle Bank! I ordered a saddle Saturday night and it was across the Atlantic, on my doorstep, fitted with the new gullet bar size requested, Wednesday morning! Unbelievable! The saddle is as described and a very fair price. It was comforting to purchase a saddle through a reputable company and receive such great service- truly grateful!!
