All saddles must be paid for in full before the trial begins.
Your 5 day trial starts on the day the saddle is delivered.
New and used saddles can be trialled.
Please handle the saddle with care during your trial.
We recommend using a qualified saddle fitter during your trial.

To avoid any risk of missing your fitting appointment, we recommend allowing at least 2 working days between your saddle delivery and your fitting.

Delivery costs
If you choose to return the saddle, standard return postage will be deducted from your refund.
A £10 trial fee applies if the saddle is returned. This contributes towards admin and recleaning and is deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds must be returned to the same payment method used for purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of the saddle being received and inspected.
Please allow a further 3 to 5 working days for the funds to appear back on your card or bank account.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the saddle while on trial and should take care to avoid any damage.
If we do not hear from you by day 6, the sale becomes final.
