Great Experience

My daughter’s horse needed a very specific model and size. I was in the market for a used saddle as we are leasing the horse and don’t know if he will be ours forever. The SaddleBank had the perfect one. I was hesitant as we are in the US and I didn’t want to deal with a big rigmarole but it was super easy. I placed the order on Wednesday afternoon and the saddle was delivered by UPS the following Tuesday to Georgia. Much faster than I expected and no hassle. We took it to the barn and the trainer and barn owner were gushing over how great it was. It was the perfect fit and the condition was superb. Thanks for the great service.

Fantastic service

This is my third time using the saddle bank and the service is fantastic - it deserves it's top ratings. Nothing is too much trouble and Temeka is a very knowledgeable fitter who spends time discussing and evaluating the horse to give her best advice - which has been spot on each time (for three very different horses) despite the fact we are fitting 'remotely'. Sian and the rest of the customer service team are always lovely - so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Packaging to be reviewed

My saddle was very nice and in good condition. My only critique would be the box it came in. Even though there was one piece of tape on it that said fragile the delivery drivers don’t see it. The box was very soft and loose and not really up to the job. Could easily have da aged the saddle in transit.

Saddle trial

I have trialled 3 saddles in total from Saddle Bank. Each one was delivered when promised and collection of the unsuitable ones was extremely easy. Refund was made promptly. Luckily it was 3rd time lucky for me. Would definitely recommend Saddle Bank.
