I recently bought my second saddle from the saddle bank, very fast shipping and arrived on the day I requested. Great communication, my saddle arrived missing one thigh block and the customer service has been fantastic and they sent me one out. I highly recommend the saddle bank, they have been fantastic.

Great service and fast response!

I sold my saddle through The Saddle Bank and the price I was offered I felt was fair and any questions I had were responded to within the day so I couldn’t fault it! Once the saddle was delivered I received payment quickly and the full process was very clear and all updates were sent timely and frequently I I always knew what was happening! This is the first time I have used the saddle bank and I have found it to be an absolutely top service from start to finish. The response to my initial emails from knowledgeable real people as opposed to bots! The help, advice, and lastly the incredible speed at which the saddle I finally chose arrived. Ordered at lunchtime, arrived by 11am the next morning, absolutely delighted with the beautiful Butet saddle which I had long been searching for! Thank you saddle bank!

Easy sale of a saddle

A good saddle.

The saddle arrived the next day after ordering it very impressive. But I did order a saddle cover to go with the saddle and that was not in the box. I am going to have to chase them up which was slightly disappointing.
