Honestly I can't rate the saddle bank , the team and products highly enough. They have been so helpful in finding a saddle for my hard to fit thoroughbred. Always helpful and polite. Saddles are well packed and fast delivery. And they are always as described. I have sold a saddle to them as well and it was so easy and quick. Thank you saddle bank team ! I wouldn't buy anywhere else now

This was my first time buying a saddle not only from The Saddle Bank, but online in general. Check flocking

lovely saddle, quick delivery however when my saddler came to fit it to my horse we discovered the flocking is synthetic which now needs to be fully reflocked. The flocking was also lumpy.

Honest and Trustworthy

As we all know it’s difficult to get a saddle I ordered a premier event mono saddle knowing I was away on holiday they were able to accomodate me on return dates if required. I initially ordered a saddle but was able to change as saddle was not suitable , phoned up and managed to transfer over funds to new saddle, saddle arrived very quickly and if you need to return they really accommodate. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend thanks nicky and nieve
