Excellent from start to finish. Paid what was promised and super fast. Please to do business as had no use for saddle anymore due to purchase of new one. Saves time being messed about and being haggled on the price. Excellent excellent and super excellent!

Straightforward quote and sale

Having recently tried selling a couple of mobile phones and my car in a similar way I was pleasantly surprised to find that with the saddlebank the price I was quoted for my saddle was i actually got. The process is so simple and you are guided so clearly through it that it just works. I am lucky enough to live near to the saddleback warehouse so I was able to drop my saddle off. The ladies were polite, helpful and dealt with me efficiently - I was only there 10 minutes. Brilliant service. I would definitely recommend.
