Great experience

Great service

The website is easy to navigate and ordering is straightforward. An oversight on my part meant I ordered an extra gullet bar that was the same size as the one already in the saddles. I called and Emmie was amazing and so helpful. Delivery was quick and the product arrived in excellent condition. On buying - I was prompted by the site to order a saddle cover. I made the assumption that the saddle didn’t come with one. My mistake so now have a spare. Whether that is just me or it could me made clear that the saddle already comes with one? That is the only (very minor) problem. Very happy with service

Excellent Service

Fantastic service selling my saddle through the saddle bank. I have always purchased through them before and been pleased with the service received so after advertising my saddle on market place and receiving a message from them asking if I'd be interested in having a quote I thought why not! I received only £25 less than I was advertising the saddle for, they organised collection and despite it being a bank holiday weekend everything was sorted by 10am on Tuesday and the money was in my account. Very impressed!
