Best Saddle Buying Experience Ever

Searching for a new saddle is stressful and the Saddle Bank made that process easy. I was initially concerned about having a saddle shipped from overseas, however the saddle I ordered arrived faster and at a lower cost than many domestic orders that I placed. Everything about the experience was great, even the process of returning the saddle when it wasn't a good fit. I would definitely order from the Saddle Bank again!

Still waiting for my order

I paid for next day delivery, my order did not arrive after chasing I was told the address label was printed incorrectly and my delivery would arrive the following Monday, it still has not arrived and after chasing with the saddle bank I am no further forward to either a refund on my purchase, postage or my order arriving.

The old saddle was collected and I received the money within a few days. I would definitely recommend and will use again if I need a new saddle in future
