Overall very good service. Saddles arrived on time. Good selection. Emails for advice on saddles, could have responded a little quicker as due to the trial length it can be tricky to get saddles to arrive, saddle fitter and time off work to all coordinate. This would make the process a little less stressful. But overall good service and helpful staff. I would recommend.

Excellent customer service

Firstly, how fantastic to be able to have a real conversation with a person and not have to fill out a half hour questionnaire email before replying. I found every member of staff I dealt with extremely helpful and have felt supported throughout the process. The saddles were very good quality. Would happily recommend.

AMAZING SERVICE

Having a tack-room clear out and didn't want the hassle of advertising and dealing with 'time-wasters'. I took saddles to the Saddle Bank. The best move I could have made. Their pricing was fair and the service and attention I received was excellent. From what I saw when I was there made me realise that every saddle they have does not leave them unless it is 100% right. Buying or selling, you can do so with confidence.

I recently bought my second saddle from the saddle bank, very fast shipping and arrived on the day I requested. Great communication, my saddle arrived missing one thigh block and the customer service has been fantastic and they sent me one out. I highly recommend the saddle bank, they have been fantastic.
