Absolutely amazing

I ordered a saddle it came within 2 days of ordering it, very well packaged. Unfortunately it didn’t fit but one phone call to you the same day and we managed to change it for the size I needed. Lovely to deal with would 100% purchase from you again. Amazing company to buy from.

Excellent Service and a Great Saddle

Really pleased with my experience with Saddle Bank. The Fairfax XC Monoflap arrived quickly, and when we needed to try a different gullet, the team came back to us really quickly and were happy to extend the trial. We ended up purchasing the saddle, and my horse is going really well in it. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and I'd definitely recommend Saddle Bank to anyone looking for a quality second-hand saddle.

Fast and efficient sale

Great experience selling direclty to the Saddle Bank. The process was easy to follow and initial response/ sale options were sent very quickly, with a range options to suit the seller. The courier service was also easy, with no quibbles over final price once my saddle had been received. Would highly recommend.

Efficient and hassle free

I recently contacted the saddle bank with help selling a saddle, the online form was straightforward and they responded within a short time. The courier service was arranged by the saddle bank and the saddle was collected within a day or two with no issues. The saddle bank kept me updated throughout the process and transferred funds as agreed. I would recommend and would use again in the future.

Hassle free

I was contacted by a saddle bank rep after posting on Facebook marketplace with not much interest. She sent me a quote which I was very impressed with and subsequently accepted. I posted them the saddle and the money was in my account the next week. A super hassle free way to sell your saddle.
