Great service and so easy

The Saddlebank offers such a fabulous service. Within a week of making an email enquiry, I had the money for my saddle in my account. The form was extensive but easy to fill in. The instructions of which photos need sending were easy to follow. The only issue I had through the whole process was having to follow up to make sure my email had come through due to the size of the photos. I received a response really quickly. Once my form and photos were submittted, I received a price within the time frame given. The courier was booked on an agreed date and I received the money the day after collection. A great service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

FABULOUS SERVICE.

The ordering process was easy. An hour after I ordered I recieved a phone call checking the gullet size was correct for my pony. The saddle arrived the next day and was far better than I expected. You really wouldn't know it wasn't new. I would highly recommend the saddle bank for anyone wanting a good quality saddle at a reasonable price.

Quick responses to emails, I had lots of questions about the saddle as well as accessories and I always received thorough and speedy responses. Jade was incredibly helpful fitting my saddle nothing was too much trouble. Really recommend - will definitely buy from again!

Great Quality and Easy Process

I was very impressed with how quickly my new saddle arrived, its packaging was excellent too, the process of finding a saddle was very easy and the trial option is great, though I didn't need to send the saddle back I was greatful for the chance to do so had I needed to. Saddle was as described, very happy with my purchase.
