Really great service and so easy!! Never sold a saddle before but was recommended the saddle bank by loads of people. Really fair price, really easy to apply for and brilliant communication with staff. A really great service! All communications via email and incredibly responsive. I hadn’t used the saddle bank before but have recently recommended then to 3 other friends. The process is straight forward to follow and the advice and tips are really useful. Collection was arranged in plenty of time to get the saddle wrapped and ready. The courier was super friendly too 😀 Money was received in a quicker time than expected and all communication was efficient throughout. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly.
