Great service

The Saddle bank had a saddle I wanted to buy, it was a very easy process, and I paid through PayPal. I received it very quickly and it's exactly as described. Really can’t fault the service. Unfortunately the saddle I trialled was the wrong shape for my mare. Very impressed with the no quibble return. Booked and authorised within minutes. I highly recommend the saddle bank if you want to try a saddle and not end up with one you have to sell on again if it doesn’t fit.

Me and my mum have been Looking for a Kent and master’s dressage saddle. We found this company who were extremely helpful and also added a new gullet in to ensure that it fit my high withered warmblood. They were such reasonable prices unlike some saddle companies who can overprice their saddles. They also provide a trial policy to allow you to be certain that the saddle is the right fit for you and your horse! Great quality item delivered on time for fitting and offered assurance had it not been right for our horse thank you !

Kent and masters dressage saddle

Main reason for using saddlebank was assurance of quality of item, speed of delivery in conjunction with saddlers visit. Have to say they didn't disappoint. Good communication and arrived when stated. Price was reasonable so also a big tick. And added to this there is assurance of being able to return under the trial policy.
