I had no issues at all returning a helmet that was too small, and the exchange for a larger size was handled brilliantly. They even put the replacement helmet on hold while waiting for the smaller one to be returned, which I really appreciated. Ordering was easy. I was worried as it had to be delivered to Dubai but it was delivered in about 10 days straight to my house with no issues.
